Welcome to The Wig Studio. We are committed to delivering your orders promptly and securely across South Africa. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how your order is processed and delivered.

Processing & Delivery Timelines

  • Total Delivery Time: All orders are processed and delivered within 7 to 11 business days from the time your order is successfully placed.

  • Order Processing (1–3 Business Days): Includes payment verification, quality checks, custom tailoring/styling, and packaging.

  • Courier Transit (6–8 Business Days): Once dispatched, your package is handed over to our preferred courier partners for door-to-door delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Options

  • Standard Courier Delivery: Nationwide door-to-door delivery across South Africa.

  • Shipping Fees: Flat-rate shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Free Delivery: Applicable on promotional offers or orders exceeding specified basket thresholds.

Order Tracking & Status Updates

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification containing your tracking number and a link to trace your parcel in real-time.

  • Delivery updates can be monitored directly through our courier partner's portal using the provided tracking details.

Delivery Process & Guidelines

  • Delivery Hours: Couriers deliver Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00. No deliveries take place on weekends or South African public holidays.

  • Physical Address Required: Please provide a physical address (home or office) where someone will be available to sign for the parcel during working hours. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

  • Contact Information: Ensure your phone number and delivery address are accurate at checkout to avoid dispatch delays.

Delays & Exceptional Circumstances

While we strive to meet the 7 to 11 business day timeline, minor delays may occur during peak sales periods, festive seasons, or due to adverse weather and courier service disruptions. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact our support team with your order number.
